If your insurance is not listed, I may be able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits. This is not something I can assist with, unfortunately.
Therapy Rates
– Assessment (and court report, if applicable): $225
– Individual Therapy:
$175* for up to 60 minutes
$150* for up to 45 minutes
– Family and Couples Therapy: $200 for up to 60 minutes
– Group Therapy: Offered on a sliding scale of $25–$40 per session
Sliding Scale Slots: *Sliding scale slots are available for individual, family, and couples therapy. Please inquire about availability if cost is a concern.
Massage Therapy Rates
– 60-minute session: (Rate TBD—suggested range: $90–$110)
– 90-minute session: (Rate TBD—suggested range: $130–$150)
Note: As massage therapy is not covered by insurance, all massage fees are out-of-pocket.
Payment Methods
I accept the following payment methods for all services:
– Credit/Debit Cards
– Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
– Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
– Cash
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.
Additional Notes
– Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a fee of $75.
– Superbill Option: If you are paying out-of-pocket and your insurance covers out-of-network providers, a superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement.
